How to contact us (back to top)
First, please see if your question is covered elsewhere in this FAQ list. If not, feel free to email us at
and be as specific and detailed as possible. Unclear requests take longer to respond to. However, that email address is NOT where to send your resume. All candidates (internal and external) must submit their resume through our Web-based applicant tracking system. Learn how and why.

Questions/problems about any of the following: my resume in your database, your job search or job agent functionality, logging into your career center (back to top)
All of these relate to features in our applicant tracking system, which interfaces with a third party vendor. Click here for the FAQ specifically for that.

Does Getronics ever attempt to collect fees from job-seekers in order to help secure a job? (back to top)
Getronics does not ask for fees of any kind from a candidate as part of the job application process. We are aware that some scam artists have tried to gain job-seekers' confidence by placing advertisements in recruiting classifieds and online job boards (going so far as to use targeted-company logos in their ads), whereby candidates are led to believe they are initiating a relationship with a particular employer, when they are actually working direct with the scam-artist. The perpetrators' goal is to obtain individuals' credit card and/or bank account information and collect fees for bogus services. Getronics has no connection with such illegal activities.
