Getronics actively promotes workplace learning and development through a universal Performance Management Program that includes a development plan for each employee.
Once a development plan is in place, all Getronics employees can take advantage of the huge range of development opportunities offered throughout the company. These include learning and development assignments focused on business, management and technical/professional issues, sponsorship for higher education, formal certification programs, and of course, continuously challenging work assignments and experience.
While the framework for the development of Getronics employees is provided by the Performance Management Program, most of the development opportunities are accessed online through the global Getronics Virtual University. Employees are also encouraged to learn outside and are reimbursed for a wide range of training.
